All subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.

Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment details.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

• If you cancel after a billing cycle has begun, your subscription will remain active until the end of that billing period.

No refunds are provided for partial months or after billing has occurred.

Letters are mailed on a monthly basis. Delivery timing may vary based on postal service operations.

Delivery Responsibility

We are responsible for sending letters to the address you provide. However, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by the postal service.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all recipient mailing information is accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for undelivered mail due to incorrect or outdated addresses.

 

5. Nature of Content

Letters From Abigail provides fictional, story-driven content written from the perspective of a recurring character (“Abigail”).

These letters are intended for entertainment, emotional engagement, and companionship. They are not personalized communications and should not be interpreted as such.
